• It’s been about a year since I started at Hoger MMA and the more days that pass by my body craves the workouts here.  I am part of the females attending the coed kickboxing classes, and we represent our gender well!  Muay Thai helps me know how to defend myself if I’m ever in a situation.  Joining made me feel energetic and self motivated to become more fit.  Hoger MMA is friendly to all new faces until they step on the mat without bowing ….
