HOUSTON - A lot of FOX 26 viewers have accepted the Sibila Challenge, a no more excuses 20-minute workout.

For people who want to learn self-defense techniques, one type of exercise is a perfect fit.

Mixed martial arts is making its mark as a popular spectator sport, so it is no surprise that its influence is evident in gyms all over the U. S.

Samuel Hoger, who teaches mixed martial arts. says their are many reasons people are looking to incorporate martial arts into their workout routine.
